When picking up the vehicle my link timed out before I was done. When I contacted the owner I was told that another couldn't be provided. This seems like a flaw.

Very disappointed in the whole experience. Not sure I’ll use u-haul again: ( Located 2 blocks from where the address said it was. In a convenience store?? Guy at convenience store was very nice and helpful but really confusing, odd experience to rent a van.
