The app is garbage. It took me two hours and a phone call to get my U-Haul. Eventually needed to use the website as the app wouldn’t work right. Had to re enter all my information at least 13 times. Ridiculous. Lost hours of time and in turn lost helper and caused me to have to rent for another day.
