Great customer services.
Josue M- Previously declined SafeMove coverage in the online tool but UHaul location says it was on there originally. No way to tell. - Truck was in disrepair...radio doesn't work and interior roof liner falling apart. - Had reserved a standard 2 wheel dolly but this location only has appliance dolly (even at same price not a good alternative).
DAVID VThe truck was a disaster. Rusted on the roof with rain coming in. Blinkers didn’t work. AC didn’t work. The truck needs to be retired.
Sevak OThe truck was in an operational state I would expect for a moving truck while also having been properly cleaned. My only complaint is that I signed up to receive the key from an employee and not on-line check in. The person was nearly 30 minutes late so I was forced to do the online check in process, which was problematic (re-scanning images, getting codes sorted out, the location service feature, etc.).
David NI had a reservation for 10 AM, but when I arrived, nothing was ready. There was another U-Haul vehicle blocking the way, preventing me from leaving. I had to call customer service and waste an hour of my time waiting for someone to arrive, give me the keys, and move the other truck. Then, we realized that the dolly and pads we ordered were missing from the truck. We had to wait even longer. It was a complete headache. I hope we receive compensation for the inconvenience.

JUNE STerrible customer service experience; John displayed a significant lack of professionalism. Upon returning my U-Haul, I requested a broom to sweep out some dust, but John started with the worst attitude possible, " I don't have a broom or anything to clean with. I don't even have a broom!". However, after imposing a $25 charge, he then had an employee clear the dust right in front of eyes with a blower LOL - what a crook.
ROMAIN LEquipment I requested for the rental (utility dolly and furniture pads) were not present when I picked up the truck. Would recommend verifying this and notifying customer.
VISHAM DThis was a follow up reservation My original reservation was at a different location and there was no truck. So they found me this location.
Neville HI drove the truck only less than 5 miles but $9 fuel cost was charged. I don’t understand why. Uhaul may use super expensive fuel?
Jaehee LThe owner/operator told use to have the truck back by 7 PM and when we arrived at 6:30 PM, the location was closed, no person at the location and we had to take off from work to return they keys to the truck at 9 AM the next morning…very inconvenient.
Rita DToo many surprise charges tacked on, but not the fault of this location I think that's the UHaul model. We walked away with the rental costing 3x what we were originally quoted. I wouldn't recommend UHaul.
Catherine RWhen I arrived, I let the clerk know I was there for my 10am reservation. I was few minutes behind and eager to get the uhaul and get moving. I was told, " i don't know anything about that. Max or Jack does that". I asked who that was and he pointed at someone else. I asked the other man and he said you'll have to wait for jack. I asked how long that would be. very rudely he yells "we don't know when he will be here. he went to get parts!" All I asked was for was if they could ask their boss how long the wait would be and i was totally mistreated and mishandled. I stormed off and immediately called customer service and i started looking for the nearest uhaul to make another reservation. Somehow I ended up with the sales dept., the rep said she'd transfer me to customer service. After about 15 minutes on hold, the owner showed up. He dived immediately into the reservation which was speedy which I appreciate; but there was no apology for my inconvenience or how unprofessionally his staff handled me. He did not acknowledge my wait at all. I would not recommend.
