Equipment I requested for the rental (utility dolly and furniture pads) were not present when I picked up the truck. Would recommend verifying this and notifying customer.

This was a follow up reservation My original reservation was at a different location and there was no truck. So they found me this location.
Neville H.I drove the truck only less than 5 miles but $9 fuel cost was charged. I don't understand why. Uhaul may use super expensive fuel?
Jaehee L.The owner/operator told use to have the truck back by 7 PM and when we arrived at 6:30 PM, the location was closed, no person at the location and we had to take off from work to return they keys to the truck at 9 AM the next morning…very inconvenient.
Rita D.Too many surprise charges tacked on, but not the fault of this location I think that's the UHaul model. We walked away with the rental costing 3x what we were originally quoted. I wouldn't recommend UHaul.
