Better customer service. Maybe more staff. I had to wait 25-30min at pick up and drop off. The worker was not with another customer. The trucks drivers side mirror was loose and kept shifting. I had to keep letting the window down to adjust the mirror for it to move again.

I reserved a truck at 76rh and Appleton. 2 days later, on the day of my reservation, they moved me 2 miles away to 53rd and Capitol. A real shithole of a neighborhood (red flag #1). The truck I was assigned was no where to be found (red flag #2). After 30 minutes of searching and calling around the truck races into the parking lot like a bat out of hell (red flag #3). The gas tank doesn't match my contract. (Red flag #4) The mileage doesn't match my contract (red flag #5). And the dolly was clearly used (red flag #6). The service agent gave me the keys and said he'll update the mileage and gas level in the system and sent me on my way. I drove 9 miles and returned the truck an hour later - they closed at 6pm so I had to do an after hours drop-off. The automated check out process charged me for a quarter tank of gas and 30 miles. Clearly I paid for someone else's use of the vehicle and I'm not happy.
