The customer service was beyond. U-haul in Tulsa did not have to pick me up..was broke down..They came to me in a time of stress and helped me and provided the necessary equipment and got me on the road again.

The office I had to enter in order to pick up the keys was filthy, and so saturated with decades of cigarette smoke that it induced an asthma attack. Would not recommend to anyone.
