It is all self service because it is a sunny spot it’s impossible to take the photos they ask of the vehicle and get approved via the app spend 45 minutes with customer service to pickup and another 30 to drop off was such a hassle. Not to mention the equipment I ordered wasn’t even in the vehicle.

When I made my reservation online I chose the drop off location on Plano Pkwy. The lady at the pick up location changed it to Royal Ln which was 20 minutes away from where I was moving to but didn’t say anything about it. I didn’t notice until it was time to drop the truck off. The Plano Pkwy would have only been 5 minutes away.
LaTonia WThe passenger mirror was held on with tape. Furniture and junk were on the sidewalk where you pick up. You moved my reservation three times before check in. Then There was problem with check in so I had to call in order to finish picking up my truck. Overall I got what I needed done, the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and professional.
