I couldn't pick up the truck initially, and spent 20 minutes on the phone until I could. The app indicated that there was no equipment associated with the order. I called in. The agent said the location opened at 10.30am (pickup was at 8am). The truck had a keyed lock at the back, so I knew I needed a code. I almost gave it up, when I retried the app, and it suddenly worked. Stood 20 minutes in snow/rain. Very frustrating
