Uhaul 1-800 was useless. Transferred me 3 x and could not give me an answer. Arrived at the location to pick up the truck. The gentleman on the other end of the phone was kind, explained everything clearly and made what started out as a nightmare into a blessed day. You should train your uhaul reps to be knowledgeable like the gentleman over the phone. Will use again and recommend to all family and friends. Thank Sir for you thoughtfulness and kindness.
