The requested equipment wasn't available, as it was out of service for repairs. A replacement was provided at the same cost of my initial equipment request. A very accommodating fix!

ANNA BPut fuel in trucks. Check registration stickers expiration dates. Check tires for broken belts and deformities. Have ALL the equipment for a rental agreement ready on day of pick up.

jacob pThe drip off location was closed and chained off. I had called to let them know i would be dropping off after hours and was told to put key in drop box. The location was chained off due to them doing annual inventory? I had no option but to leave the truck in the driveway. I understand that this is not normal and probably an unusual situation having them take inventory. But there was no phone number on the sign to call for further instruction. They requested that the drop off the extended to the following day on their sign, but I was no longer going to be in the area so I had to leave the truck It was just confusing nothing but created too big of a situation
MATTHEW FI still haven’t received a receipt. The location had issue with their app. I was given a larger truck that cost more because they didn’t have the size truck I reserved. Items from the previous customer were in the back of the truck, but discovered as I was leaving the site. Not very organized and sti haven’t received my final receipt for my company expenses.
James CJack's Small Engine Repair has always been more than helpful, especially with UHaul services. Jack and his crew go out of their way to make everything as easy and seamless as possible.

DENNIS MAgain app didn’t work, invoice was incorrect. Women at the counter was able to help although it too 40 minutes for her to be able to work around the app problems. The app experience is horrible and one of the worst pieces of software I’ve experienced.
Tim PThe location and personal were nice and helpful. But my complaint is that I had to drive 30 minutes from Gainesville to drop off the trailer. So I drove another extra hour unnecessarily. I don't understand why there's no a closer location from Gainesville since this.is an university town with many students moving there.

rachel hThe drop off was set for a Sunday but this location only offers drop off during their business hours. There was no place to leave the truck after hours because they have a locked gate. Why offer anytime drop off if you only have limited operating hours?

Ana II’ve returned to this location 3 times purely out of convenience and never have to wait which is great. One thing I will say, is when I deliver a trailer, they will back it up for me since I’m not the best at that. Would recommend to anyone returning trailers to the Gainesville/Alachua area.

Burneita CYou should inform the customer's that when returning rental after hours how to get in on the property to return rental and to get owner vehicle out. It was very frustrating that nobody there informed us that the gate would be closed and that there is a chain that would let us in. Thank God another person who was returning pulled in behind us and knew how to gain the access needed to return the rental and get our car out from the lot. Made no sense that we were re-read the rental agreement after it was already read and signed on-line and to leave the most vital important information, that was not posted anywhere. Customer service was great, until this happened. Employee's need training in this area, very frustrating!!! The gas mileage was also incorrect, more employee training issues :(
