Left tailgate on Tow Dolly worked intermittently, was pulled over within 1st hour, saw left light LED's worked less than 30%.Called back to Jack's U Haul, said no more dollies and couldn't fix??? Gave number to 6th Street Gainesville Uhaul, said no light and since I didn't rent there no replacement dolly. Was forced to drive 417 miles with left faulty light. Long term Uhaul renter, not happy with service. See what you can do about charges. Sincerely Buckley Morris

Representative was talking to someone else about another matter while I was being checked in. Felt he should have applied his attention to me and finished transaction with me first, then taken care of the bike.

They were not getting the equipment they needed on time. They were having major issues with the computer. People were very nice.

You might consider giving senior citizens a discount as we are usually on a fixed income. This would help us old folk out while still allowing you to make a profit.

I dropped off the truck after hours and it looked clean and organized.

Transporter was not available when it was requested 2- days prior. Hade to wait till one was delivered ( 1:30 ) This is unacceptable, it put me some 1:30 Late at my destination plus more traffic.

Very good service at Jack's, would use again. Believe U-Haul charges for insurance on a small trailer are excessive as your prices, as high as they are, should include a minimum amount of insurance. A little customer service item like this would eliminate a lot of shopping around and improve your customer base.

We were very upset that we were charged so much for gas replacement. We forgot to fill it back to 7/8 of a tank we only used 1/8 of a tank and they charged us 27.00 in gasoline. It was a huge rip off. The people there were really nice but we were not warned of the amount Uhaul would charge for gasoline if it wasnt refilled.Very wrong. You charged us 3.74 a gallon when the gasoline prices next door are 2.15 per gallon. WRONG!

No comment. All is good.

I was disappointed in the price of the trailer. I could have rented a truck for half the price but I had to drive my vehicle.

The uhaul trailers do not have D rings on the walls to sucure things from tipping over and there was no way to lock the trailer to the vehicle. I informed them of this on return, she called the local/regional rep/manager, and his response was things should be packed tightly to prevent tipping and that I should have asked about being able to secure the trailer before renting it. The lady at the local facility was nice, but that guy is an idiot. You do not always have enough things in a load to fill a trailer so that the things inside prevent tipping, and ALL the trailers should have a way to secure them to lock them to the vehicle so the entire trailer, and its contents, can not be simply disconnected and driven off with in the middle of the night at a hotel. I was able to come up with a way with long braded cables, and one lock, to loop around the holes in my hitch and the openings in the trailer to secure it, but this was a ridiculous process that I should not have had to go through, I should have needed nothing more than a pad lock to secure the trailer to the vehicle. There are hitch connections that only require this. The logic of I should have asked about this before renting the trailer is idiotic, and representative of a company who cuts corners and wants to pass blame to someone else for something that should be accounted for by a company who specializes in rentals for such purposes. These things should be standard on all Uhaul trailers. I was satisfied with the local business, but am incredibly disappointed and aggravated with Uhaul. I will be needing a trailer in the future, and am considering purchasing my own trailer instead due to Uhaul not setting up their trailers property for the consumers use.

My only complaint is that the mileage is so tight from pickup to where we had to bring our stuff to. You hit a detour and now you are over the allotted mileage. So we had to pay for mileage overage. Other than that, everything from customer service to locations for pick up and drop off were great. Thank you, will use u-haul again.
