Not going to say that the place was not clean, but it was uncomfortable. There was absolutely no air on in office...maybe the employee was comfortable like that, but when she went out to check on the truck the other person in the office and I both commented on how hot it was in the office. When I got to Florida for the drop off I was told that I owed more money for bringing back the truck with less than a 1/4 tank of gas....because she said it only had 1/8 of a tank. I had to explain to the employee what the actual markings on the fuel gauge meant (what was a 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 of a tank, etc.) Please educate your employees how to read a fuel gauge...Without truly paying attention, I would have been scammed twice on the fuel usage. Again, other than the smell, the truck ran and performed with no problems as one would hope/expect

My reservation was changed at the last minute to this location that was much farther from the reserved location without any explanation, which is not their fault, it is Uhaul's. However, the pads I paid for and rented were not in the truck, and when I arrived to pick up the truck after hours the vehicle was locked and the key code had not been provided in the app as it was supposed to. The staff were very nice when I returned the next day, but this whole rental process was a debacle.

When I did mobile pickup the app was not working right requiring me to go thru the process multiple times. When I finally got thru it I found the key in a lockbox that was set to the code already - anyone could have walked up and got the key and drove off.

Wasn't able to tow the vehicle.. there were bolt nuts missing from the strap. It was un safe.. I took it back( toll dolly) but they were closed. I sent a message that I wanted a refund.. never heard back

This location was exceptionally accommodating after the first 2 locations I went to in Vero Beach to drop off the trailer were some of the rudest individuals I have ever had to deal with. James at Jad Closeouts Inc restored my faith in humanity and reassured me that kind people still exist.

This place is a piece of garbage. The guy running the place wasn't there at the time I was supposed to pick up the rental truck. Some lady provided me the key and told me I would not be charged for the dolly rental since he wasn't there. I was driving away in the truck when he finally showed up 15 mins after pick up time. He took another 15 mins to go through the paperwork online, never asking me a single question or even going over the condition of the truck or fuel level. Of course, he wasn't there for the return either, so I had to drop off the key. I get the emailed invoice, and I was charged for insurance I did not ask for and turned down at the time I made the reservation. I was charged for fuel, but I have photos of the initial reading and what I returned it with. I was also charged for the dolly. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. The operator is a thief, a lair, and a swindler. He got away with adding on about $35 worth of extras without blinking an eye. UHaul should shut this place down.
