Very old truck with no back camera, plenty of scratches and weird noises. The location is a barbershop, with the truck located in the back of a very dirty and narrow alley (very hard to exit and come back when you're driving alone), and no employee of U-Haul on site : I had to spend nearly 30 minutes on the phone to do the check-in and had to take pictures myself, stepping on broken glass, to show the state of the truck. Besides, I got charged for 24km afterwards when I only drove 10, and I am still waiting for an answer when I pointed that out. I would not recommend renting there.
