CAROL AHave unlimited mileage. I rented the truck in Front Royal, VA, but drove it to Sperryville, VA. I used the truck to move a friend from a storage unit in Culpeper, VA to one in Sperryville. It took three trips and the mileage put this rental to over $400. That is a lot of money. I can't say I would do this again, but the experience was great.

KEVIN JThe van was not clean--cigarette ashes in the front seat and dash areas; dirt/dried mud on floors, animal hair on seats; white paint tracked into rear. The location rep did an outstanding job of cleaning the dirt, ashes and animal hair.

KEVIN JI placed the order online and did not select the $8.00 sage move coverage. But there it was on my contract which was sent via email and charged to my card. The email is a link to the invoice and then you cannot enlarge it to read ot clearly on a mobile device. I'll have the local vendor print it next time so I van verify before leaving site.

JAMES BCheck engine light was on. I went to extend a day which I have done in the past without any issues and they said we couldn’t due to another family needing it. And that we would be charged a fee I did have to pay the fee I didn’t have a choice . But, the location had 3 other trucks the same size that hadn’t been moved since we picked up.
Courtney VThe owner called me the day before to verify the specifics of the appointment, He was very accommodating to my needs for this rental. His hours were different than the request I had made on line, and he did his best to accommodate me even though my request was outside his normal operating hours. I would definitely use this location again, and recommend this location to anyone who asks me.

MOLLY HTook 3 trucks to finally get me off the lot. New truck signal and brake lights were out. Don’t forget to check before you leave the lot!

CHRISTOPHER ETruck had high mileage ,no a/c and the gauges didn’t work properly ,window knob fell off during use and the interior was grimy and smelled like smoke .

WALTER CDrop off was after hours and was very difficult. I had to drive 45 minutes to get to the location for drop off in the poring rain. Very inconvenient. Spent over 40 minutes on the phone with U-Haul rep trying to get the process completed. The 6x12 trailer is very heavy and needs two people to attach or detach, Can' comment on this location because they were closed.

COLLEEN OThere was no review of the vehicle before we left and we found an existing broken piece. We weren't held accountable. They adjusted our fees according to fewer miles driven... it was lower than 3/4 full of gas but we refilled it to that...
Bonnie rInside of the truck had stains on the drivers side headliner but it worked for what we needed. Sorry some poor hooker had to die but we all end up biting the bullet at some point. At least it didn’t smell. Mirrors were horrible. Adjust/lube them up. Safety third.

David RI was never notified about my rental app. I never had access to u haul app. I had problems opening up lock box at location. Lock was difficult. I had to call u haul twice to get access to my contact and waited 99 minutes on phone just to get a person, and finish process to get to my truck. It dramatically slowed down my moving process. I wish the rental place was open on Sunday. I had many problems...
