The locks for the key lockboxes are on a vertical post. I am 5'7" tall and had to pull it over so I could see the combination lock letters. The lock itself has dirt/grime/corrosion on it so the letters were impossible to read. The trucks were clean but were parked so close together I could not take the pictures the app requested of the side of the vehicles and I had to fold the mirrors in to even get the door open enough to get in without hitting the truck parked next to it.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe key wasn't in the lockbox; the manager had to come help us, but even so, the wait was too long.
Stefany PUsed the App but also had to call JAG Flooring in the course of securing the reservation. The rep I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and made changes to the reservation and confirmed the details I needed in order to proceed with confidence. The truck was ready to go with the materials I requested the next morning. I picked up the car via the mobile feature early in the day and returned it using the App after hours the same day. This was a pleasant and professional experience from beginning to end, much different than prior experiences with truck rentals in other locations. I will reserve with JAG for future equipment rentals.

Ty RI like this location as they are very friendly and honest. I wanted to rent a van instead of the truck, but sadly it was not available. The only van on the property was going out for service. But I did get the 10' truck for the same price as the van.
