Not a problem with the location, but with the U-Haul reservation system. My reservation for a 6’x12’ utility trailer (Reservation # 71640360) for 13 June 26 was canceled without notice. On 11 June 26, I was sent an email informing me that I had a new reservation (Reservation # 72077168) for a trailer on 12 June 26 (which did not work for my schedule). I didn’t see the email until Saturday morning due to an extended power and internet outage. This resulted in having to settle for a smaller, available trailer that allowed me to move only one of the two items I needed to move.

Larry MThe UHaul website was having issues and it took 45 minutes for the check-in to be processed. I arrived at 10 to pick it up and didn’t get to leave until 11:30. I had booked the truck a month in advance. Not the fault of the location, but the delay was frustrating. The exterior of the truck was dirty with lots of mud around the bottom and the tires. Not a big issue, but anytime I’ve rented Uhaul trucks, they have always been spotless inside and out. I also reserved the truck for 3 days. When I arrived at 4:45 on the third day, the first comment the owner made to me was “You were supposed to have the truck here by 10 am and I have billed you for 3 days so don’t be surprised!” I reminded him that I had booked it for 3 days and expected to pay for 3 days, so no worries. Technically, the truck wasn’t due back until 10 am on Day 4. The woman who checked me in was very kind and apologetic and did her best to expedite the check-in. When she called UHaul, they were not helpful. You would think that the owner would have considered the fact that I was delayed by an hour and a half due to know fault of my own, and grateful that I actually returned it a day early.
Sheryl JAssociates are very friendly, the area is clean, and I feel my car is safe in the parking lot when I leave it there.
