Lenord LHave the rental trailer ready at the reserved time for hook-up so I don't have to wait to have 3 trailers moved with a forklift to get to it which took about a half an hour. Otherwise the event worked out fine for my use.

Stephen LI picked up the truck and immediately had to get gas because it was at 1/8th of a tank, but I was happy to be reimbursed for the gas I put in. Also, there were no moving blankets like I ordered, but I ended up not being charged for them.

Gonna need photos of their drivers license and a headshot. 8 o’clock in the morning I’m wanting to move. I can’t get a truck because the system doesn’t take my headshot looks like my drivers license. Pre-warning would’ve been helpful.
George LDidn’t receive a msg that the location had Chan until 10mins til pick up. If I would have received a text on voicemail prior I could have planned accordingly. Then there wasn’t any directions on the lock boxes for how to obtain the keys if they were closed.

Today the check-out was a piece of cake, and so too was the check-in a few hours later for this brief local rental. The receipt was accurate and prompt, and I'll surely refer others to this U-Haul location with confidence and pleasure. Keep up the great customer service! It makes a difference.

Steve WOn the road, I noticed in my rear view mirror that the driver side fender on the tow dolly was flapping and broken. I had to secure it with a bungee cord. I tried to upload a picture but the U-Haul app would not upload it.

JOSH RI wish I remembered the lady’s name that helped me out. She was absolutely wonderful!!! I walked in she greeted me I told her what I was needing, and within 20 minutes I was out of there with a clean truck. I told her she could come help us move when she got off work, and she laughed and said I don’t think so. She made the experience EXCELLENT!! Thank you
Sharon MDon't try to cheat people by charging for things that they didn't use. Get trucks that aren't falling apart. I have driven many trucks, and this was probably the worst. I was initially charged for fuel even though I returned it with the same fuel as at pick up. I was charged for 2 dollys for 2 days each when I only used one. After complaining, they removed the fuel charge but not the extra dolly charge.
