Pick up location was at a poor area and not at my preferred location. No one contacted me to tell me this until I arrived at the counter. I asked customer support to confirm the truck was at the location and available. The person who gave me the keys said the location was closed and I was lucky he was home. Note this was not a storefront. It was a trailer home and someone’s house which seems unsafe. I called customer services and asked them to open a complaint ticket and was told I would be contacted 3-5 days from my call (6-7-26). It is 6-11-26 and I haven’t received a call. The truck was old (150k miles) but got me to my destination. AC on the truck was intermittent. I drove about 1000 miles with the windows down. I was in the load share program and pulled a large trailer that was likely too heavy for the cross country trip. There were many elevations that were difficult to climb. The program should have known the truck I was in was likely too small to pull the load. The truck had no conveniences like cruise control which was a very needed feature for my trip and made the trip very uncomfortable. To say the least it was not an enjoyable trip or experience.

It's a satellite location. You have to hook up your own trailer etc. Some people won't be able to handle a car dolly.
