The only issue was the lights pigtail. The wires were chaffed and the trailer lights weren't working. I diagnosed the issue and was told by the attendent to take a pigtail from another trailer. We left a half hour later than scheduledMICHEL H.

I wasn't until I brought the trailer home that I noticed the ramp latch on one side would not line up properly to lock so this made it very difficult to load and unload. Got frustrated and only used one of the latches to transport making it dangerous on the roadKenneth B.

I recommend this U-Haul location where they have excellent customer service. I recommend this place 100% for their kindness and understanding, since I have rented previous vehicles in other places but the treatment is different and sometimes they are not very radical tolerantELVIS J.

I wasn't impressed with the cost to drop off the trailer in New Liskeard, Ontario. The rate to rent for 2 days and drop was over $900.00 vs returning to the same site for $60.00KELLYG W.
The yard has kind of an industrial look. A paved area with a less beat-up fence would make it look more professional. The service was great though. And I really appreciate the last-minute effort to get me the rental I needed.Jaymie G.

Staff were pleasant. Disappointed that I had to pick up the vehicle in Milton rather than Oakville and was charged for mileage on my bill due to the travel between Milton and Oakville.Paul H.
Pickup was easy and when I couldn't complete online after-hour drop off process on my phone , called the after-hours # and a rep called me right back to confirm ok just to drop key and lock gate(as was left open before when I arrived)Sarah P.
The 26"f long truck broke down and i called the the office for help. I was told to call the Uhaul number for help which I did but was on the phone for hours and no one could help or call me back. But thank God for good neighbor's who came to rescue.BABATUNDEOLUWA A.

The trailer was missing 2 tie down rings, they right wheel well was damaged. On the website for my reservation I asked for a 5x8 enclosed trailer only to find out a bit later that it was an open trailer. I needed a trailer and made it work but not the best .CYNTHIAL F.

Would have been nice for someone to let me know prior to picking up the trailer that it needed to be returned back to milton. I used the trailer to move furniture to St Thomas and had to return the trailer back to milton! If I knew I had to return the trailer to milton I never would have rented the unit.Adam E.

We left the truck at night. No phone call in the morning to confirm receipt. Billed us for mileage which we weren't made aware of. No phone call, explanation, just billed. We'll be looking for other options next time we move.Bonnie H.

I arrived. Sign said open but door was locked. Loader driver in the lot called twice on his phone and no one picked up. So I went for lunch and came back, door was unlocked, but still took some time to find someone to do the paperwork. Wasted about an hour. On return found it strange that attendant would have me back the trailer into a somewhat tight to back into spot between someone's BMW and another car - given they had no idea of my trailering abilities.Doug V.

We had a scheduled after hours pickup on Friday evening as we had to be out of our place Saturday am. They forgot to the key in the lock box and we were were only able to pickup at 8am Saturday. Customer service line is terrible waited on hold outside the gate only to be hung up on.Donna lee m V.

Let them know to do the mobile drop-off on the app before dropping off the keys into the lock box. We had to take bogus pictures to be able to get through the drop off process because we had already put the keys in the box and were unable to attach the pictures from our phone or get the keys back to take more real photos. This made the check out process very frustrating and long. (The check-in guy did a great job)Tiffany S.
