1. I rented 26' and got 20' 2. I chose this location because of 26' was supposed to be available at this location otherwise I could save my time and money by picking up 20' from nearest location 3. The Self-Check-Out Application had issues on my Android phone but worked on iPhone

I have dealt with many U-Haul facilities over the years, both here and out of province, and must say that this is one of the better ones, if not the best. Trailers are trailers, but the staff here were VERY helpful and friendly. They even lent me a 2" hitch when all I had with me was a 2 5/16", having assumed wrongly that that is what was needed.

I love uhaul, the trailer worked out well for me The location is good . But starring the yard with trucking company , bit crappy The trailer was very old , on its last legs , was not gone over before i got it . I swept it out so my furniture would stay clean The 2 girls working there were very good I will always count on Uhaul!

Rented a van for 2 days. It was clean and helped out with a move I was doing. Unfortunately the fan didn't work on the 2nd day so no AC in 34° heat. Banged my head on the fence getting to the office.

We arrived at the location and unfortunately, the size of truck that we rented had not yet been returned. The workers there were very kind and upgraded us to a larger truck (which ended up being much needed) at no extra cost. Great customer service!

The truck I was rented was an older model, there was a newer one available. When I read the insurance waiver there was a hand written note indicating there roof could leak and I was assuming responsibility for this if damage occurred. I was not informed of this by the staff. I'd suggest more stringent informed consent in renting a truck. All the documents seem to favour the franchise and do little to protect the renter from adverse events.

I was disappointed with the overall uHaul experience (the ratings above reflect only the James Snow location experience, which was good): 1 - I requested a 26' truck in my reservation about 1 month before my move date. Two days before my move date, I was called to tell me that uHaul could only provide a 17' truck. This would require multiple trips for the move. 2 - I ordered movers through MovingHelp. Immediately after I told them that I was downgraded from a 26' truck to a 17' truck, they told me that they were injured and would no longer be able to help (again 2 days notice before my move date, which was not flexible). 3 - When I showed up to pick up the truck on my move date, the location had TWO 26' trucks available. I understand that it is hard to control some things, but the timing of things left a bad experience. Perhaps it was a conincidence that the moving help canceled the moment I told them about the truck downgrade. Further, the confusion around the availability of the requested truck (on a reservation I made well in advance) also increased the stress level around my move.

Nobody there, no signs, no office or personnel as far as I am aware of. Dropped it in the corner, since there was no indication of where was supposed to go. Saw one person cutting grass, he disappeared as soon as he saw me.
