I booked a furniture dolly 1 week before our moving date just to make sure our moving is smooth and easy but when I got there to pick up the truck they said it's not available!!! Even they did not have blanket.

HAMID MI opted-out for CDW online, got an estimate equipment contract already, but when i arrive to pick up, the guy created a new one and asked me twice do i have my own insurance, i said yes twice. So i thought he was confirming about my opt out. But when i got the billed a day later, ive noticed he opted me back in. Then why ask me twice do i have my own insurance? Very sneaky and dishonest company. Will not recommend to anyone. Will warn ppl to stay away from Uhaul.

Rick LThe van smelt of farm animals, and had obvious signs of one (hair, dirt, scratches). I was surprised as the van only had around 2000 kms. I took photos and emailed the location just after picking it up
Taylor KI returned the trailer 1 day before du. The person at the counter stated verbally that should get a credit, however only registered return the next day.. still battling my refund. Such a waste of time Don't trust verbal confirmations from these folks

Ngoc PThe gentleman at the desk has no people skills especially when it come to women, our truck we were told is somewhere out the parking lot in the middle numbers are in the window and back of the truck (our truck was near the road) nowhere near the middle We owned a business with cube van so we are quite familiar this truck had no turning radius around corners or tight spaces We had another move two days later and decided to use another company

Jaycob SI had reservation at 8:30am. But my truck wasn't ready yet and when I talked to costumer service, they told me that there is a tech issue that my reservation is not available until 9:00am when the office opens. I booked 4 workers and had to pay them extra 30 mintues for doing nothing. Also, previous driver(costumer) left their belongings to the truck. Office and costumer service line kept calling me while I am doing my moving.

AMIR FWas a great and smooth experience, for a first time user, I was impressed on how easy it was to rent the truck and the app was well instructed with the steps, taking the photos and adding comments. The only thing that would be better is to have a brief comment from the last user so I'd understand the truck before hopping in. But I had no problems with my rental which was great for that day.

Seyed MCheck-in and check-out were smooth. However, the location didn’t have the furniture dolly advertised on the U-Haul website. Instead, they provided a storage dolly, which was essentially the same but cost $10 cash instead of the $7 listed online. That was inconvenient. Also, the back of the truck wasn’t clean. Other than those issues, everything else went smoothly.
Ehsan TWe dropped off after hours so we can’t rate the location. Our overall experience wasn’t positive with the fear of not getting a van for my son’s move. I acknowledge that the last day in August is a very busy moving day, but U-Haul needs to find a better way to be organized and stand by their statement that a van is guaranteed at the designated location.
STEPHEN TNo interaction we dropped late. Disappointed to see prove change because of kms when you knew exactly where we were going. Cost $100 extra and we already paid extra for gas because you supplemented larger truck.
