I feel I was over-charged for the fuel. The indicator showed a little less than half, but the document indicated half a tank. The whole journey was 25 kms., but I was charged $36 for the fuel, I think it was excessive.

If you’re going to demand movers that have three people signing off on the rental you should let people know that before they book the truck so they are not surprised on moving day. Repairs on trucks should be made before re-rental: weather can impede thorough inspection on check-in

The attendant seemed to make himself extremely busy with his cell phone so that he would not have to come out to help me hook up the trailer to my car. He did come out when I was finished booking the trailer to my car. He did touch the hitch to see if it was made of steel or some unknown foreign substance. Then when I returned the trailer and went in to their office the same scenario repeated itself. Take note that there was no one else in the office or yard for him to be concerned about other than his cell phone when I picked up and returned the trailer. So I had to unhook the trailer by myself. Then he had the nerve to charge me for two days rent because I was 12 minutes late. Had he helped me hook up the trailer I may of saved 12 minutes of time. Had he helped me unhook the trailer maybe I wouldn't be completely dissatisfied with his service. Had I received a paper invoice at the return I would told him that he needs to find a job where he can sit in his butt and pay full attention to his cell phone. Then he wouldn't have customers interrupting his productive time. Obviously cell phones at this location are much more important than paying customers.

Everything was good except for the billing process and that makes the whole experience frustrating. I was charged for millage that was nowhere close to what I did. There was no direct feedback. I responded to the billing via the email given and have had no response. Now now I need to go there again to try and fix this. There needs to be a better system for getting back to people.

Was concerned when Uhaul head office called 1 day prior to pickup to tell me the trailer I reserved was not going to be available, but I could drive 2 hours out of my way to get one. Obviously can't really trust the reservation system. Had to settle for a different trailer because I was committed. Location person was understanding and helpful to alleviate the situation.

Even when I answered YES to equipment was clean, I would like to mention that the cargo van had a bad smell, due to we were late then we decided to keep it as it was, next time we will ask to exchange for another cargo van if that happens again to us.

Terrible service in general. When I contacted uhaul first time I was told that my truck and tow dolly will be at the nearest location from my house. One day before my loading the office in Brampton told me to pick my truck in New Market and tow dolly in Bradford (I live in Richmond Hill). I was shocked l. It is 2 hous drive one way from my house. Finally I call to US head office and after all this hussle I got everything in one location. The girl in the Brampton was completely useless and repeated to me several times that Uhaul does not move the truck to the nearest location for customers. For 3366 CAD that I paid Uhaul has to provide much better service. Plus I was charged for 5 days of insurance of the truck and I returned truck after 4 days and nobody was able to provide me information how to get refund for one extra day of insurance that I overpaid. Bad service. Please contact me and reimburse my money for 1 day insurance at least.

Your online system needs to allow your rep to easily override the $0.59/km weekend rate to $0.49/km, as per the offer the rep made me. As it was, he was unsure how to do this, and had to phone uHaul head office. The rep ultimately did honour the mileage rate he offered me when I discussed renting.
