The day before my scheduled rental, I was informed that the truck is not available due to repair and I had to call 1-800 number to book a truck from another location. My reservation was made three weeks ago and I couldn't believe that the company puts me the onus to find an alternate truck in case of equipment breakdown. Only after I asserted my position, the rep arranged a truck rental as scheduled. Can UHAUL make it a policy so that the franchise ensure that a truck is available to clients once the reservation confirmation is issued by UHAUL?

Truck smelled of marijuana and was very loud. No prices displayed for moving items policies not explained properly. Staff wasn’t very knowledgable

We had the uhaul confirmed for 10:00am pick up. My husband needed to be back in London for 4:00pm for work so we ensured to book early. Then the day before we get a call saying that they weren’t going to have our uhaul until 3:00pm. My husband had to change his work schedule. It was a huge inconvenience for everyone. If we hadn’t already driven 2 hours Ron London I would have canceled it but was given no option. Although the guy I dealt with at the store was so kind and helpful I was already off put.

Hire more reliable front line staff. I recieved my uhaul invoice today and I was charged incorrectly. I was extremely upset and called the elgin mills and newkirk location around 10am today (November 13) and a lady by the name of Jaqueline (or so she says) answered the phone to dicuss these charges. Uhaul made an error and she sent me a revised invoice. The invoice was still not clear to me and I asked for more details and she replied back to me in a rude tone "Don't you read what you sign". I was shocked that she would respond to me in a rude tone. I told her to not show me attitude and she called me a "dufus" and hung up. I am extremely upset and will be going to the media regarding the poor service that I received!!
