I rented a van and had accidentally left some blankets and sleeping bags that were used to cover mirrors in the back of the van. It was a late rental and I returned the key and realized that I left my stuff in the back. I called the number at your Newkirk site that was on their website and my receipt, it left no option to talk or leave a message, all it said was " You have chosen the wrong selection"! How could I have chosn the wrong selection when that was the 1st message after dialing their number on their website! So I couldn't leave a message stating I accident left my stuff! So decided next day to send my son to pick up my stuff right at the time they opened their hours, and the guy said that they only had the blankets and no sleeping bags! The sleeping bags and blankets were all together! I am so upset and angry at this transaction! 2 sleeping bags accidentally left behind and we returned to the site to pick up my stuff 1st thing in the morning! No one else rented that van after we left it! YOU at U haul have thieves in your company!!!! I will never rent from you guys again!!!!
