I have rented many U-Haul trucks from different locations over the years. This particular location provided me with the cleanest and most mechanically fit vehicle. I will return. keep up the great work.
northhill pCharge unreasonable amounts of gas
Bob LI had requested for a trolley which I did not receive. When I got back home and opened the truck, I found out it was missing. When I called back to enquire about it, they stated that additional equipment are subjected to availability. This is unacceptable, for 2 reasons: 1. I should have been informed about this change at the location. 2. How do U Haul expect us to move heavy stuffs without a trolley and where do you expect us to find a trolley at the last minute on a weekend. This was quite disappointing.
Frebin Pthe truck was very dirty.
