No suggestions. Fast check in, guys hooked up the trailer for me and tested the electrical connection, got me on my way. Quick and very helpful
Kevin AU-haul web system was down and it took a long time to wait and finally decided to handle it manually to get me out the door but I had to leave my confidential credit card info with them which is a risk. I recommend making sure there is a secure manual backup in case this happens again. Or ensure web system is more resilient.

YUSUFF RI don't enjoy having extra charges on my account. It's a sick thing that you guys continuously do. I will look for alternates to rent in the future and only use you guys as a last resort. How sad is that you guys are terrible at taking people's money that you shouldn't

JOHN BI was supposed to return the truck to another place. But it was closed and their parking lot is not big enough. I'm not sure if I can return it properly and decided to drive it back. On the way home, I saw this James Snow Storage place, with a whole fleet of U-Haul trucks and equipments parked there. I went in to ask if I could return the truck there. The gentleman there was very helpful and explained that I should return it to the place specified on the contract, but when he knew it was only 2km away, he immediately took the car keys and told me he would handle the rest. This saved me a lot of trouble, and I am very grateful.
WENZHENG GThey did not show any respect both when pick up or dropping off. They over charged me. They added insurance coverage that I did not request it even without asking me. They did not seem to be want to work specially when dropping off the truck. He said put the key here and just leave. I asked for a receipt and how much I will pay and he refused to review anything with me and said we will email you.

PAUL CThe tires are completely inadequate for winter weather and the wiper fluid was also not suitable for freezing temperatures. This needs to be remedied to avoid unnecessary accidents. I felt unsafe driving I'm winter weather. Also, the seat is not close enough for shorter people. Most women or shorter men are unavailable to comfortably drive your trucks.

Seyed MI booked a furniture dolly 1 week before our moving date just to make sure our moving is smooth and easy but when I got there to pick up the truck they said it's not available!!! Even they did not have blanket.

HAMID MI opted-out for CDW online, got an estimate equipment contract already, but when i arrive to pick up, the guy created a new one and asked me twice do i have my own insurance, i said yes twice. So i thought he was confirming about my opt out. But when i got the billed a day later, ive noticed he opted me back in. Then why ask me twice do i have my own insurance? Very sneaky and dishonest company. Will not recommend to anyone. Will warn ppl to stay away from Uhaul.

Seyed MEverything was great. The only issue was the truck was loud, it sounded like there was an exhaust leak.
Rick LThe van smelt of farm animals, and had obvious signs of one (hair, dirt, scratches). I was surprised as the van only had around 2000 kms. I took photos and emailed the location just after picking it up
Taylor KI returned the trailer 1 day before du. The person at the counter stated verbally that should get a credit, however only registered return the next day.. still battling my refund. Such a waste of time Don't trust verbal confirmations from these folks
