The man here was so extremely rude. He could not figure out how to prepare my reservation and blamed it on me. He was late for my appointment, so I started getting setup on the app while I waited. I had everything ready to go, with the reservation code displayed on my phone, and he asked, “if you’re doing that, then why am I here?!” He proceeded to tell me that I screwed it up and kept telling me this as I apologized for my supposed wrong-doing. This man should NOT be doing this job because he has no clue and gets angry with customers when he’s confused. The truck was also dirty and his gas station had an obnoxious smell that made me sick. I almost swore of Uhaul for good but Patrick at the pickup location in Laurel changed my mind.

Proprietor was of Asian Indian descent, and her English was a little difficult to understand, but she was very friendly and assisted me with everything I needed.

Unprofessional, unfriendly and not trustworthy. Scheduled a rental for 6 hours, returned it within 4. Tells me to park trailer and truck in the same place it was picked up which was wedged tightly between two trailers that had less only inches of space on each side and he stated he wants the keys in hand after I asked if he’d prefer the keys or if I should drop them in drop box. As I’m parking the trailer the guy closes down the gas station and leaves without notice so I left the keys in the drop box. Then the following afternoon, U-Haul calls me asking when I’m going to return their equipment back becuase that guy doesn’t want to do his job and check in the equipment, knowing that I returned everything only a few hours after the rental. Extremely unpleasant dealer.

Take better care of the vehicles that you are renting to peoples that put their lives at risk. Yet, you will not arbitrate with anyone’s insurance company, if the customer doesn’t pay extra for Your insurance.

The online representative was spectacular. The representative at the acrual store was extremely slow, and not personable at all. He neglected to add the dolly to my order which I ordered online and verbally stated to him so I had to make a second trip back to the atore. He didnt help me load the dolly which was heavy. Another customer had to help me.

U-Haul representative never showed up at this location (a gas station/convenience store. Cashier called him and I had to handle the entire transaction over the phone. Trailer brake was very rusty and there was a fault in the running lights that made them constantly flicker.

I dropped truck off and they never checked it in until 4 days later and yall are charging me 4 days when I returned it on time … I am very disappointed with see at this location I drop off somewhere else and ended up in Ms very confused

U-Haul is a scam I had an E alert on. Y account and had to pay extra money on top of the money I had to pay to rent the U-Haul and the rate that was quoted online was 50 dollars more. I shouldn’t have had to come out of pocket with extra fees because of something I did not do. I will not be renting another U-Haul again!!!!

Excellent customer service and very friendly. Explained everything about U-haul policies and return process. It’s seemless experience

Check in took a long time as this is a service station and has other business going on. The cab was dirty as was the windshield. I was charged for my estimated miles and drove about 20 miles less than estimated so I paid an extra $20. No one from uhaul has responded to my inquiry as to why I have been overcharged.

The location seems shady looking. I don't like people taking my card info on a personal lab top. The gps gave the wrong direction.

This is by far the absolute best Uhaul I’ve ever used. I’m very critical of sales and service and will admit they are amazing. Thank you for an easy wonderful experience.
