After hours drop off, Very poor lighting ,extremely dark.
ADRIAN PI declined the insurance during the reservation, but was still charged after the fact. Was not told that safe move coverage was being added after I declined it. That is not acceptable. The location I rented from did not have moving blankets or a dolly available for use. Both of which I request during the reservation process. The guy at the shop who processed my rental was nice. Not sure if any of this was directly his fault. Please make sure your rental locations are well stocked with the moving supplies you advertise. Also don’t add additional charges and services that were not requested. Thank you
Ryan LStaff was rude and unprofessional. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by returning equipment and asking for it to be inspected before I left. Definitely won’t be back.
Shalana DEmployee retention. Good help is hard to find these days. And... I have one more DIY move heading out on another one was trip that should be buy two and get your next smallest version of your Rental Equipment for deep discounts...
John Z24 hour drop off - place was closed so no interaction with staff, just used the drop box. I'm sure they would have been helpful if it hadn't been after hours.

BETTY MThe location was not the issue, UHaul’s overall lack of customer service or support is terrible. Renting this truck was like Walmart self checkout. I feel bad for the people laid off and that I did uhauls job myself. Check the brakes on this UHaul.
dan aI tired to return the truck around 5:30PM (after the place was closed) using the U-Haul app but the location had very poor, actually non-existent, cellular internet service, so I wasn't able to use the app. You might consider finding a drop-of location with better internet coverage for the after-hours drop-off.

Lane WAt time of drop off was the Labor Day Holiday and business was closed, so I dropped off the trailer and placed a copy of the rental in their auto repair drop slot. Trailer was swept clean, all lights working and trailed vehicle nicely.
JERRY GStaff were awkward and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Dropping off here was a strange experience. This was a super sketchy auto shop not a Uhaul location. Uncomfortable!!
Spencer OLocation was ok—I’d asked for a closer one but this was all that was available. Phone pick up didn’t work; very disappointing & delayed our start. No fault of the location & they tried to help expedite.
Sue MThe uhaul app for online pick up is unhelpful. Very frustrating and time consuming. Took 1.5 hours to get the code to unlock the truck to get the key. Never again.
Edward VWe were pulled over by the police on the interstate because apparently a truck had been stolen, and the plates switched to our truck. (?). Anyway, U-Haul should have sorted that out before renting us that particular truck.
VICTOR MOn your app, there was a question that asked if the truck was clean - and while it technically was clean, it had that covered-up smoker smell, and I didn't really have a great way to report it. It would be nice if you included a windshield scraper - or if you do, if you made its location more apparent. I'm just happy I didn't forget mine when dropping it off. also, what is the point of a rear-view mirror with a tiny video screen on it, when there are no windows for the actual mirror to have any use for? Can you just replace that with a larger screen? Is it an ordinance issue? can you make the mirror be more screen if it doesn't serve a function anyway? idk, lots of opportunity for improvement there but VERY grateful that the camera exists at all
Olivia ZI was charged for a furniture dolly and there was not one in the truck nor was there a key lock box on the truck. The key was thrown in the back. Very disappointed with U-Haul and the lack of getting what I paid for.

Theresa PUhaul. PLEASE put jacks on your trailers. How is a woman supposed to lift an entire trailer tongue onto the ball hitch of her truck. Too heavy for the average woman, smaller man, or elderly persons to use a uhaul trailer ...... to hook up or disconnect by yourself is just begging for a hernia or thrown out back.

William SOverall was very happy with the rental! The windshield wiper blades were very old on the truck, was hard to see driving thru a tropical storm in central Florida. Also small tire leak on auto transport trailer, had to refill tire daily. Also truck cab smelled of dog, and dog hair all over. Had to spray febreeze all over the cab. Would be nice if the truck was a Diesel engine, being a gas engine it is very difficult to get into gas stations being the truck and trailer are so long. If it was diesel you could use the truck stop fueling lanes.
Steven LDifficult to check in trailer.. Staff did not check in trailer in a timely manor , as a result I spent over 90 min the next day on the phone waiting to speak with Uhaul Customer Service to ensure I would not be charged a late fee
David PI dropped off my 5x8 trailer off on time but per the contract I’m supposed to return it clean. Although I was met by an employee at J&D no signature of return was offered and no inspection. It’s okay but uncomfortable.

Zachariah FThe cab of the truck had cigarette ash in the cup holders. The storage area in the back smelt of smoke. The tank was only at 1/4 of a tank. And the dollys I had rented were not in the truck.. I had to drive to a different location to pick them up and was charged for the miles for that which I am not happy about
Hayley MYou can not charge the next customer an extra $30 for getting the trailer back before noon. Our contract said to have trailer back before end of day. Will not be renting anything again

MARIA BStill not in agreement with a lack of guarantee on reservations, unless you want to pay a good chunk more. Why can't a standard reservation be something guaranteed? I know this is a Uhaul policy, not the store.
DAVID FTire blew while on my way back .. I mean BLEW! Nothing left of it. Lucky I notice right away and didn’t have any more damage to the trailer or other tire or to me! People on the phone at U-Haul customer service were pretty good and the guy that fixed the tire was great. Checked to make sure the rest of the equipment was safe enough to get me home. Know one from this location has contacted me There was no compensation for the 2 1/2 hrs lose of my time I’ve had issues with this location before... vowed never to use them again... this was the nail in the coffin

There were 2 people in the office and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to assist me while one of them was talking with a customer and the other was on the computer. Customer service was NOT good
Amy WIt wasn't the location I got it from that was the problem. It's was the sloppy handling of the vehicle. There was so much play in the steering wheel it was difficult to drive in a straight line. Majority of the the people I talked on the phone didn't listen to what I was saying. They were so focused on trying to upsell me or sticking to their script.

Brandie APerson who helped me drop off was great. Unhooked the trailer and moved it on his own.
