Difficult to locate. Name of business provided by Uhaul online did not match name of business on street sign. Information provided re: how to pick up key was totally unclear. it said "key box is on light pole". This was a huge parking lot with about 30 light poles. Had to drive around try to figure out which light pole it was. Turned out to be a light pole on the property line that had a large truck parked in front of it. Instructions for opening the key lock box were also awful. The person I spoke with at Uhaul customer service was terrific however. She stayed on the phone with me while I attempted to find the correct light pole and then guided me through the process of opening the key lock box. I couldn't have done it without her. A#1 customer service!

Stuart CU-Haul asks for pictures of all sides of the vehicle but it is rarely parked in a way that you can actually take the pictures they want. We also needed a hammer to get the back open because the latches were so stuck.
