Convention location right off Cortez Blvd. Cell reception is really poor though, and my return date/time was outside of business hours, so it was hard to do the mobile return process on my phone.

IDANIA HWell I have rented from other locations before and have never had a problem but I looked at my rental transaction receipt earlier and noticed $ 26.00 that I don't think I should have been charged one was $1.00 for an International fee and a $25.00 cleaning fee I don't feel I should have been charged either because I didn't use the cargo van to haul anything I just needed to use it to go pick up my company work check so I could buy parts for my cat that had broken down a week prior to me renting said cargo van this is why I'm not happy with this location and will never use them again if I even use your services anymore

Jim RClosed during drop off, internet service wasn’t working in that area couldn’t go through the steps to drop off truck in the app nor was it picking up my location even though it was active on my phone. Overall I had a horrible experience using U-Haul.
Heather MAfter I reserved the truck, uhaul called and changed my pick up location on one of the pieces of equipment, the truck. When I arrived to pick it up, that location did not have it. They told me they never did. I then had several calls to uhaul customer service to resolve the issue. 2 hours later, I had a truck. This simply should not happen.

Antoine ANo one was present when we dropped off the pickup midday. We were charged for an incredible amount of of mileage. Who do you speak with at your nation-wide company when the person everyone refers you to cheated you???? This was the location that the pickup representative changed to. Does this sound like coincidental to you????
