After I reserved the truck, uhaul called and changed my pick up location on one of the pieces of equipment, the truck. When I arrived to pick it up, that location did not have it. They told me they never did. I then had several calls to uhaul customer service to resolve the issue. 2 hours later, I had a truck. This simply should not happen.
