Michelle VI understand your Security measurements and features, but why was I asked to submit more than one ID and contact references, my wife rented one of your trucks days before and she wasn't asked to provide any of these things, I shoulda kept my reservation with Penske, reservations are easier to make with them and I didn't get these hassles that U-haul gave me. I was very upset about it, I probably won't be renting from Uhaul again , then the lock on the keybox I got was hard to unlock, the box (#1) difficult to open and the truck key got stuck inside the box, it all sucked big time. I like the location and the young man who checked me out though.
