PATRICK W.Cabin had random car hose in there along with a lock that didn't belong to anything. Cups and napkins in various places in the cabin. Not clean at all so upon drop off I had to indicate it was clean (which was not) otherwise the system was charging me a premium for things that were in there to begin with. No lock for the truck so I had to leave the dolly inside, unlocked, after dropping off the car over the weekend. Rep marked different gas gauge setting than was observed by me once taking possession of the car. He also told me that I could return the vehicle the next day (sunday) because they are closed on Sunday. However, I returned it the same day (saturday) after hours as they were closed past 4pm. I get a bill that I have been charged twice. Twice for insurance, twice for rental of the car and twice for rental of the dolly. Completely unacceptable. This is after I was told that all the equipment I had reserved online was not available on site. That I had to drive the truck to another Uhaul location to get padding and floor dolly. That's more miles and gas that I have to pay for because Uhaul failed to tell me that they don't have the things I had reserved at that location. I just contacted Uhaul rep to reverse the charges. Apparently if you drop off the vehicle after the reservation time - even on the same day- you get charged an extra day. Now I have to wait a few more days for the refund to go through. You guys have to fix the system and tell the consumer upfront what the hiccups are going to be.

RONALD B.There is very little parking space here so I had to park on the sidewalk. It seems like a very busy and active garage. Maybe have a place set aside for the UHAUL truck dropoff.

Anna H.The employees at this location did not wear masks. One of the workers drove my van up to me with no mask, no gloves and did not wipe down the inside of the car. It might be good to remind them that we're are in the middle of a pandemic and that Glendale is a Covid-19 hotspot.
Samuel B.Guy cornered me to get insurance then charged me $7 for gas for an 11 mile trip without telling me I would have to pay for gas afterwards. I had also made my initial reservation with option for no insurance. Paid $50 for an 11 mile trip that took me about an hr and 15mins to complete. F'-in rip off. Never using uhaul again. The $20-$25 quote somehow turned into $51. Uhaul? More like Upay
