I am being charged a fuel fee. I filled the tank before I brought it back. There should not be a fuel fee. Also I cleaned the vehicle as thoroughly as I could. I should get the $25 clean vehicle bonus. Please get back to me.

Sherry SThe people were nice but the location was a small neighborhood type market with no parking . They instructed me to park my rental anywhere in the neighborhood that I can find parking then walk back (1.2 blocks away) and return the keys no paperwork was given to me and was told that I will get an email from them eventually. This place was not convenient to drop off.
