The trailer was maintained correctly Leftside front tie down strap was cut and too short to go over standard size tire and also the safety chain in the rear to go over rear axle hook was broken. Called location where I got it and he answered, I told him the problem with the transport trailer. He told me. Ya I know. It was like what do you me to do about it. No help. Asked for a price reduction. Never saw one I had to make do and make a strap and a chain to make the equipment work. It needs to be repaired correctly before it looses a vehicle on the freeway or road way Please a report call me

Uhaul is too expensive I only needed to use the truck to get a washer and dryer and it cost more to rent the truck then for the washer and dryer kinda ridiculous

ALAN BI showed up at the listed 9 AM open time and started the check with the U-Haul app. When it came to checking the number on the top right of the vehicle, I noticed the only vehicle in the yard did not match my number. When I went to the office, the door was locked and the open sign was not on. I rang the doorbell in about a minute later, a guy who looked like he just woke up said I'm really sorry give me just a minute. When you came back I mentioned that the vehicle in the yard did not match the one that the app said I should take. He struggled logging into his computer and finally figured out that the one I was supposed to take was locked back in the yard. He went and pulled it around for me. The only other real issue after that is the gravel driveway has a lot of potholes and is very uneven and it was raining very hard that morning which made it hard to walk around and get pictures of the vehicle to finish checking out with the app. Everything else was fine after that.

There is blood splatter on the inside of the window and the windshield glass and driver's door glass were covered in mud and dirt spatter I could not even see out! The cab itself was filthy dirty spots of spilled coffee or soda and it reeked atrocious stench smell was so gross I had to have the windows open thank goodness it wasn't raining or cold. I had a Fred ride with me between the 3 Mile stop and she even said oh my goodness what is that gross smell?!? And how can you see out? I have photos if I could send them to you it was so gross.
ROBIN CJ&J mini storage was stellar. Uhaul however, fucked us on the return location. When we showed up at the agreed upon location this morning, we were forced to bring the teuck over 20 minutes in the oppositie direction into Steilicoom. This ruined several time sensitive plans today. And, we were charged extra despite bringing it back to a different location. Truly horrendous. We will never be using Uhaul again. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Didn’t even know that place existed and I drive down that road all the time. The whole experience from pick up in Montana to drop off in Washington was a great one though.

Siesia fJ and j mini storage was fine but the u haul manager autumn at express storage in south hill gave my reserved truck to the customer in front of me and tried to cover it up by saying I called the wrong u haul and needed to go to j and j. I called u haul customer service and they indeed confirmed she was lying and autumn had set up the reservation herself the day prior ( 24 hour reservation) so aggravation man she deserves to be fired for treating customers that way

Everything we would call and talk to someone they would hang up, not committing to call back times that we scheduled on the previous phone call. We were told we would get a call back and never did only when one side of our unit was late Because we had 2 different payment days. (Eric at J and J mink Stroage was very helpful the best to his ability, his bosses wasn't helping us. He went a bove and beyond to try and help resolve this and he was really good to us.) Our issue is with the company and and the higher ups not meeting customers needs and trying to take more money then owed
