We moved in to a unit that had 2 unit numbers and had 2 different payment dates when we moved in to (1) unit. ERIC tried to help get it fixed for almost a year but we weren't able to. Everything we would call and talk to someone they would hang up, not committing to call back times that we scheduled on the previous phone call. We were told we would get a call back and never did only when one side of our unit was late Because we had 2 different payment days. (Eric at J and J mink Stroage was very helpful the best to his ability, his bosses wasn't helping us. He went a bove and beyond to try and help resolve this and he was really good to us.) Our issue is with the company and and the higher ups not meeting customers needs and trying to take more money then owed

When we showed up the day we move out it was raining hard. We opened doors and all our stuff by door was soaked. Hole in roof. Would not recommend the 10x8 sheds.
