Just a drop off. Nobody there to meet me (after hours). Poor signage. I hope I left it in the correct location.

The improvement is not at J&J. I drove to this place because I could find it and they answer the phone. Since I was not moving anywhere and only needed a pickup for a few hours, I could not penetrate your 800 system phone tree. But for J&J, I would have found a competitor. Their service was superb and I have already recommended them to a handyman who pickup is always full of tools. The cost was very reasonable, the truck clean and well equipped, and the help was was exactly what I needed. One remark. The Chevy pickup was great but I was not tall enough to drive iot safely. I put a few pads on the seat. That could help some o9ld folks like me.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Return was easy. Vehicle worked great. I would definitely use this location again for uhaul needs.

This place was extremely unprofessional, the uhaul definitely needed some engine maintenance as it was making awful mechanical noises that it shouldn't have been. The staff wasn't wearing Masks and had no covid precautions. The office was really dirty and grimy and had an unclean smell. They couldn't figure out which van to give us and there was a lot of miscommunication. I would never go back here.

The manager was amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. Explained everything well and how to operate and xare for vehicles. I can't say enougg nice sfuff. He was akso wodning gis butt off landscaping. The office is well kept. The front is homwy and inviting.

The customer service was excellent. I don't remember the guys name that works there but he was very nice, answered all my questions, made sure I understood how to drive the truck...more specifically explained this button you had to press when u 1st start the truck and that it was gas and not deisel. He was in no way condescending, which is a huge deal to me. I've experienced being talked down to and appreciated that he didn't. I would definitely recommend this place and would rent a uhaul truck again from here.
