The guy here was also great. Maybe more things to block trailer wheels night be nice though, since the lot had a slope. Overall the online reservation system, and lack of timely notifications especially, is extremely lacking and feedback of how much a mess it can cause needs to be reviewed.

Rental truck not checked in in a timely manner, resulting in UHaul contacting me about a late return 5 days later. Rental checked in after I went to the store to insist that it be checked in.

Horrible customer service. Friday when I picked up the trailer, I told the guy I needed help unhitching the trailer when I returned , it would be after hours so when could I bring it in in the morning..... He told me someone would be at the shop at 10 and he would be there at 11. I was there at 10 and I stayed for three hours. No one showed up. I did call customer service ,which nobody answered the phone until I called roadside assistance. The woman helped me find a tow truck that would come and unhitch it for me but I would have to wait an hour. That was unacceptable. I had already been waiting at least an hour and a half. So I attempted to back up and finally drove across the grass to the U-Haul place that was a mile away. Rocky helped me by unhitching the trailer and processing my return. He was the only enjoyable part of this whole experience. When I called Monday to speak With the young man who I went to the trailer from, he called me a liar and said I he never told me he would be there at 11 to unhitch the trailer. Why would I sit there for three hours if no one was going to show up? I could’ve kept the trailer until Monday morning and had him Unhitch it for me. That does not make sense. I am looking for a complete refund for this wonderful experience. I also noticed I am being charged from Rocky for the rental and also from with the young man who I went to the trailer from, he called me a liar and said I he never told me he would be there at 11 to unhitch the trailer. Why would I sit there for three hours if no one was going to show up? I could’ve kept the trailer until Monday morning and had him on hatchet for me. That does not make sense. I am looking for a complete refund for this wonderful experience. I also noticed I am being charged from Rocky for the rental and also from the place I picked the trailer up Also wish I could explain tnis to a person instead of email but knowone picks up at customer service

Dropped off before 7PM but location was closed. Very small shop and not identified well as U-Haul canter.

The uhaul phone system is completely unbearable. The first time I called I was on hold waiting for 5 minutes. The second time I called it was in excess of 10 minutes. The trailer was dirty on the inside and there was no "uhaul" technician at the pick up site. All in all, a very bad experience.
