Uhaul. PLEASE put jacks on your trailers. How is a woman supposed to lift an entire trailer tongue onto the ball hitch of her truck. Too heavy for the average woman, smaller man, or elderly persons to use a uhaul trailer ...... to hook up or disconnect by yourself is just begging for a hernia or thrown out back.SARAH K.

The trailer had what appeared to be carpet padding in it from the previous customer and while loading we discovered a large pool of dried urine at the front of the trailer.William S.
Overall was very happy with the rental! The windshield wiper blades were very old on the truck, was hard to see driving thru a tropical storm in central Florida. Also small tire leak on auto transport trailer, had to refill tire daily. Also truck cab smelled of dog, and dog hair all over. Had to spray febreeze all over the cab. Would be nice if the truck was a Diesel engine, being a gas engine it is very difficult to get into gas stations being the truck and trailer are so long. If it was diesel you could use the truck stop fueling lanes.Steven L.

Difficult to check in trailer.. Staff did not check in trailer in a timely manor , as a result I spent over 90 min the next day on the phone waiting to speak with Uhaul Customer Service to ensure I would not be charged a late feeDavid P.

The cab of the truck had cigarette ash in the cup holders. The storage area in the back smelt of smoke. The tank was only at 1/4 of a tank. And the dollys I had rented were not in the truck.. I had to drive to a different location to pick them up and was charged for the miles for that which I am not happy aboutHayley M.

Tire blew while on my way back .. I mean BLEW! Nothing left of it. Lucky I notice right away and didn't have any more damage to the trailer or other tire or to me! People on the phone at U-Haul customer service were pretty good and the guy that fixed the tire was great. Checked to make sure the rest of the equipment was safe enough to get me home. Know one from this location has contacted me There was no compensation for the 2 1/2 hrs lose of my time I've had issues with this location before... vowed never to use them again... this was the nail in the coffinDena D.

The attendant was not prepared for me to pick up and was unsure of how many trailers he had available. There were 2 people in the office and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to assist me while one of them was talking with a customer and the other was on the computer. It wasn't the location I got it from that was the problem. It's was the sloppy handling of the vehicle. There was so much play in the steering wheel it was difficult to drive in a straight line. Majority of the the people I talked on the phone didn't listen to what I was saying. They were so focused on trying to upsell me or sticking to their script.Jesus H.

The guy here was also great. Maybe more things to block trailer wheels night be nice though, since the lot had a slope. Overall the online reservation system, and lack of timely notifications especially, is extremely lacking and feedback of how much a mess it can cause needs to be reviewed.Timothy R.

Rental truck not checked in in a timely manner, resulting in UHaul contacting me about a late return 5 days later. Rental checked in after I went to the store to insist that it be checked in.Jennifer B.
Horrible customer service. Friday when I picked up the trailer, I told the guy I needed help unhitching the trailer when I returned , it would be after hours so when could I bring it in in the morning..... He told me someone would be at the shop at 10 and he would be there at 11. I was there at 10 and I stayed for three hours. No one showed up. I did call customer service ,which nobody answered the phone until I called roadside assistance. The woman helped me find a tow truck that would come and unhitch it for me but I would have to wait an hour. That was unacceptable. I had already been waiting at least an hour and a half. So I attempted to back up and finally drove across the grass to the U-Haul place that was a mile away. Rocky helped me by unhitching the trailer and processing my return. He was the only enjoyable part of this whole experience. When I called Monday to speak With the young man who I went to the trailer from, he called me a liar and said I he never told me he would be there at 11 to unhitch the trailer. Why would I sit there for three hours if no one was going to show up? I could've kept the trailer until Monday morning and had him Unhitch it for me. That does not make sense. I am looking for a complete refund for this wonderful experience. I also noticed I am being charged from Rocky for the rental and also from with the young man who I went to the trailer from, he called me a liar and said I he never told me he would be there at 11 to unhitch the trailer. Why would I sit there for three hours if no one was going to show up? I could've kept the trailer until Monday morning and had him on hatchet for me. That does not make sense. I am looking for a complete refund for this wonderful experience. I also noticed I am being charged from Rocky for the rental and also from the place I picked the trailer up Also wish I could explain tnis to a person instead of email but knowone picks up at customer serviceDena D.

The uhaul phone system is completely unbearable. The first time I called I was on hold waiting for 5 minutes. The second time I called it was in excess of 10 minutes. The trailer was dirty on the inside and there was no "uhaul" technician at the pick up site. All in all, a very bad experience.Jordan P.

Staff at this location was very friendly. Unfortunately, the three dollies I requested were not there. They found some at another location two miles away on Atlas Court. When I got there, they told me I could call UHaul and request a $50 refund for my dollies not being at the location requested. I called a couple days after, and received a voicemail in return saying UHaul does not offer refunds for equipment other than trucks. UHaul has got to get its shit together to get equipment in the right place and not give customers wrong information.Brandice C.
