While this location was below average it still met my needs. However this was the 3rd location I was sent to. My first reservation through the UHAUL app for pickup was at Greenlight Towing 6621 Richmond Grove Rd Jackson, MS. Before reserving I read the reviews which were mixed but with several saying do not use because there was no on there at time of pickup and no instructions on getting equipment that was behind a fenced in gate with coded lock. I had the exact same issue. NO ONE THERE. I called reservations help line (Chasity I think) who checked and confirmed my reservation and that someone should have been there. I was then sent to a 2nd location. When I arrived the attendant told me although he had one coming in it was not there yet. I was then sent to the 3rd location by the reservation help line (Cameron) who helped me to pick up trailer from this location even though it was closed. My thanks to both Chasity and Cameron for assisting me.

Zane CFirst of all they didn’t open till 1 o’clock secondly there was only one person there and she was in the back cooking food no one checked the truck before I left so anything could’ve happened although it did work out well in the end but it’s not a very pleasant drop off experience
