The lady at the front didn't understand the process for the U-Haul pick up and drop and didn't communicated on the truck being drop off at 430pm the same day so later that week I had a U-Haul rep call me asking me if I drop it off I said yes I handed the lady the key but she never check me out of dropping the truck off, will not be doing business with this location but I will keep doing business with U-Haul at other location. Thank you.

Truck was buried in snow, rear door would not close, and it was almost out of gas. I put gas in it, and then you charged me for gas too. Very poor experience.
