The website to pick up 24/7 was difficult to use, I spent 45 minutes trying to figure out why it kept rejecting me and my credit card or at least not confirming that I gave it. I finally called UHaul and they gave me the info I needed and a phone # if there was any trouble during pickup.. Of course there was a problem, thank goodness for the number. Other than that, everything else was fine.

DON SMy location for both drop pick up and drop off were changed multiple times. The workers at both locations I had to go to were next to unhelpful as it was like I was bothering them to ask for assistance. My link did not work when i picked the truck up, so i basically just got the keys and was sent on my way. The place I eventually got a truck from did not have any equipment for my order either.
