I did not choose this location, but had my reservation changed to here. First of all, only online check-in was available, which was not what I wanted when I reserved a vehicle. Second, this location only had two Uhaul trucks and then the rest of the parking lot contained supplies and vehicles for their business. It felt like I was either in the wrong place or did not belong there when I pulled up.

The person who set up the U-Haul took an excessive amt of time, set up 4 diff trucks and had to be told twice to remove 3 of them as we only needed 1. We had to pickup at a diff location than told.
