I was charged 20.00 for gas but I have a picture showing I filled the truck back to where it needs to go. Also the truck was not clean I was dusty and had trash inside. Then when I go to return it the guy there has no idea wat hea doing talks to the other guy over the phone and I'm overcharged by double. I will be making a complaint

The location did not have the truck size that was reserved. Not all of my items could fit in the truck and it took longer to load having to fit things tighter. Vendor did not charge for the extra hours, but I had to make more trips on another day to finish my move.

Was told a price by owner he did the transaction over phone and when i returned the uhaul was a different price also was not the size of uhaul that i requested was very disapointed with it was first time that i rented a u haul soi felt like i was scamed by tbe owner he was very rude and direspectful to me over the phone lwill be contacting a attorney

Couldn't use mobile check in because the GPS was off said the location was actually a quarter mile down the road from where actually was had to wait over 30 minutes for the guy to get there because the cashier inside wasn't able to rent us to U-Haul

First off the computers were down. The dealer had to screen shot my contract on my phone. They no shipping pads needed to go along with my rental needs. The U-haul keys were locked in the back of the U-haul box and it took a lot of effort to get them out. The truck was filthy inside the cab. The screen shot taken of the milage and of how dirty the floors were revealed that the gas was just over a quarter, yet the screen shot of rental agreement showed fuel was on full. This almost cost me $100 at the return of the U-haul drop off if I would've had picture proof. So I was not happy with the rental experience. The drop off location was awesome. Rick jumped on the situation and corrected it on the spot. He has a easy location in and out. I'd definitely do business with Rick again.

It was easy to find location, though set inside a small strip mall, not any problem registering for the UHaul Unit, though I would urge renters to check the Chain Attaching, the manager kinda just wrapped safety chains around my hitch, and soon afterwards they were dragging on the roadway..

When I dropped the trailer off I guess the U-haul rep wasn't there. The attendant took all the paperwork and could only give me a verbal garantee that the trailer would be processed properly- even though I repeatedly requested written confirmation. I received a call a week later from U-haul asking about the trailer since the contract hadn't been closed out. Thankfully she was able to close the contract out- although it took almost another week.

I had to wait 1 hr for the clerk to come to the store to open the door at 1pm. I repeatly got hung up on everytime I called the 1800 number for uhaul and the few times I did talk to someone no one could help. Me and my. friend called for 1 1/2 hrs . The back door on the uhaul was broke hard to get it up and down. The clerk said no prob he will call it in but that did not help me.

Give a main highway or main store location instead of some off the highway in the the mist of Winter Haven where it is very hard to locate. Those private constractors or very difficult to work with and general public skills or very poor when working with the public. They just want the service and I was treated very badly. Almost 1 hour detant in that town and the owner did not have my contractor ready when I arrived from Jacksonville to Winter Haven.

To Whom It May Concern: When I made my online reservation on 12/30/2009, I received the the following information as the pick-up location American Transmission, 5129 Recker Highway,Winter Haven, FL (863) 967-3457. When I called, this telephone number was disconnected. I immediately, 1-800-468-4285, I spoke with a representative named Brian. I explained my concern that this aforementioned listed location in the system did not seem to exist and the telephone number was disconnected. He provided me with the correct telephone number (863) 967-6750. I mentioned that the pick-up location should be corrected. Brian never apologized on behalf of your organization for the mistake, he just gleaned over the fact that a customer had a concern and it came across as no big deal! On Thursday,December 31, 2009, I arrive at Mini Mart, the proprietor of the Mini Mart stated that someone came out and brought the Uhaul service to this business and this person was terminated two weeks later. To my understanding, since that person was terminated from Uhaul it has been two months and no one gone back out to train this person on using the U-Haul software for truck and dolly rentals. Even though I was not charged for a dolly, it was hardship to remove my items out of the storage unit. Also, I had a very tight time schedule and due to the lack of training by the proprieter.He was actually walked through the process by Uhaul techinical support, I lost much need manpower to expedite this moving process. I understand that the person responsible for insuring the smooth and timely rental of your services can be reached at (863) 529-9066. I overheard this telephone number when technical support was assisting in this rental process.I did not contact this person, I am just sharing my disappointment and frustation for what I have known to be a historically a relatively easy process. I am open and understanding that we plan and life happens however this was a very poor representation of Uhaul Services. Sincerely, Ethel M. Smith
