The photo section on the app is clunky wouldn’t work and load photos. Location was fine. I didn’t have to go inside.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe trailer was very clean however, the trailer floor seemed weak like it would not hold much weight gave away quite a bit while moving objects in and out. The Manager at the location was awesome. Great guy easy to deal with.

Sherri BWhen i arrived at the location staff was extremely rude after i told him i reserved a furniture dolly and a ramp he began to yell at me and stated it was not his problem and requested a $140 deposit. I stated he could use my major credit card on file and once again was very argumentative and extremely intimidating. Upon returning the vehicle at 5:26pm he was nowhere to be found and i then called him and he began yelling and being verbally abusive and stated he was 30 minutes away , i was honestly afraid of this man. I regretted ever renting the Uhaul. The stress was just unbelievable and the abusive behavior from this man.
