This location was closed, so I can't comment on cleanliness or personnel. It was in the middle of a Tennessee cornfield, so I had a whole day to watch corn grow.

We paid for a dolly and never received it. And the U-Haul company messed up and tried to over charge us over 600. Bux for only 63.4 Miles. The customer service was excellent and they were great by straightening it out. Yes I would recommend them to anyone.

Was charged an additional 148 after drop off without being advised. Says they charged for a cleaning fee. Only had truck 9 hrs and with fuel expense and fees was charged over $300

Dropped off at night and locked up the truck because we had pads and a dolly inside. They called the next day looking for the keys and were accommodating with my schedule to meet with them. Wonderful experience!

Jay's was fine - the problem was I had a reservation in Germantown, TN and they never called to confirm/schedule - I had to call. Then, when I called, they said "oh, we don't have anything within 50 miles of you." UGH - what kind of system allows a reservation THEN doesn't have a trailer???? That's just TERRIBLE.
