craig yThe day after my credit card was billed within your system, someone used the card number to make a purchase at a business unknown to me. Your service was the only time I had used my card for some time, so it is most likely your system that made the card number available to them. Your data has likely been compromised.
Curtis JTruck very loud and not a smooth ride for a 5 hour trip. It seemed to have some age on it.
Debbie AI was asked to drop the truck off at a this location that was 45 min away and then was charged because it was after hours on a Saturday. (Which was several days early)

craig yVehicle clean up kept just mirror on passenger side needs repair bottom veiw to reverse see checking ground clearance. ,clean location friendly helpful convenience to location in town move.,box truck was clean utilized in one trip to displacement short notice help in transition offered tools if needed to utilize clear communication on contract responsibility on return covered if needed extra day,great people skills clear communication.

Curtis ATried returning on Monday 4/5, one day early but closed for Easter Monday despite web site showing open. Returned on Tuesday but was charged extra day because it was mid morning vs 9am. One lady at facility with new born baby attached to her, very friendly, but clueless about how to return trailer. No-one to help detaching from vehicle. I have a back issue and the trailer does not have a hitch jacking wheel which I think is a MAJOR oversight in the Uhaul trailer design & spec. Basically wasted 4 hours, drove extra 30 miles trying to return this trailer and charged an extra day for my troubles.

STEPHEN KThey claimed the UHaul was filled with gas but was received at a 1/4 tank, we also returned the UHaul before closing time and they had charged us a fee that was not adequate. She also had an awful attitude, when we returned the truck she instructed us to block the entrance to the facility. We refused to move the truck and be responsible for blocking the facility, I feel as she over charged us for not complying.

JAMES WCheck Engine light was on. And at the end of the trip started Flashing. Once unloaded, Check engine light stayed solid. Only 1/4 tank of gas. Everything else was perfect.
Robert JWe really need a U-Haul pickup location closer in town or out where it used to be. This location was very Awesome and All is well with you guys, However this is a long way to travel to pickup when you are on the other side of town having to move.I Thankyou so very much and I would love to come back there to look around and shop. Very Cool store inside. Very interesting. I just miss the pickup over here on this side. Merry Christmas to everyone.

STEVEN PCustomer service was excellent! Lindsay went above and beyond to assist and help me while I was waiting to deal with a issue with u-haul! She was extremely helpful, and made the extra time we had to be there fun and collective with the info she shared on how to avoid my issue again. 5 out of 5 stars, and give that girl a raise!
DARIUS CY’all ripped me off, overcharge me, and then refused to help refuse to explain. I cannot believe this is how y’all treat your customers. I was charged an additional $20 for no reason and no one seems to be able to explain it nor remove it. I can’t believe y’all really did this
