The 20-ft truck had some front end issues when you have bumps I don't know if it's because of a truck or if it's because it needs some work but yeah maybe they could check it out and that was doing JC powersports in crivitz that has the 24th and I put a full tank in and never got reimbursed for the extra gas

I unhooked it myself because it was raining and the guy didnt want to get wet. Uhaul wanted me to take it peshtigo and said it was only 20 more miles! Iwastold originally to take it to crivitz another hassle !!

Well, I rented a trailer to haul my UTV. As it turned out, the UTV did not fit on the trailer and I brought the trailer right back to the rental store, but they still charged me. Not happy with that. I did not use the trailer.

I really didn't want the cart or packing blankets.
It was hard to pack around, maybe in a larger truck it comes in handy but the 15 foot truck needs all the help it could.

We wanted to get it in Menominee but instead of letting us pick it up there (30min from our house) we had to drive out to Crivitz ( hour from house). All because U-Haul wouldn't let the guy in Menominee go get it for us. Lousy customer service.

Our pick up location was changed last minute to this place. Which was 33 miles out of the way. They were all very nice inside JC power sports and did their best to accommodate me. However we had to sit there for 45 minutes while we waited because Uhauls internet servers would not work. Which was pretty irritating considering this same thing happened last time we used uhaul.

The cashier was not happy to have to wait on us. She said she hated "this U Haul crap". I took over a half hour to get out of there. Because she kept walking away to talk to other customers. Not a good experience at all!

I returned the uhaul in 12 hours and put more gas the required. I was informed by the agent working on my return that I was going to get a partial refund and that never occurred. I was fine with not receiving anything but if you tell me I'm going too then don't. It's poor customer service

Original requested pickup location was Escanaba, MI. U-Haul informed me that due to availability, location was changed to Suamico, WI. However, the auto trailer at Suamico apparently was not correct for the vehicle I was transporting. I was then directed to Crivitz, WI. Both parties were helpful.

When I got to my location to unload the trailer i found it had leaked a lot my personal belongings were wet . Someone should check these things out before renting the equipment for long trips
