Setting up the process on line was a little time consuming, but the assist at JC Powersports (Breann) was above and beyond. she was very patient, and that was appreciated. When we arrived to pick up the trailer,. the after hours person (Shawanda) was called and took 45 minutes to walk us through everything, She was the MOST patient women and EXTREMELY helpful. I have NEVER had such a wonderful experience over the phone with anyone...She clearly LOVES her job, and told us so...She is a gem!!! Do not lose her EVER!!!
