Location closed, had to do self drop off on the app and there is an issue with the fuel on the app. When I was charged extra fuel and called Uhaul they said they know there is an issue with the app and they have tried many times to fix it but still an issue. They said not my fault and there was nothing I could do to have avoided the problem. They issued me a refund for the extra fuel. Get your act together Uhaul!

First of all I had reserved a 6' x 12' trailer on line for pick on Friday in Peshtigo, WI . I was told the trailer was only available in Suring, WI. The gentleman from the Suring location called to say the trailer was broken and not available to rent. He assured me that someone from U-haul would be calling me. They never did. On Thursday I called a U-haul Marinette, WI location. They helped me locate a 15' truck in Crivitz, WI. U-Haul corporate is incompetent. Their on line reservation system is somewhat useless.
