Kimberly JThe only negative I would have to say on the return was a Google Matt U-Haul center near me and he gave me several but a lot of them said they were closed. So I picked the closest one to me and I arrived and it was also very confusing because it appeared that it was an unmanned location with some kind of a U-Haul App return turn style looking thing. So I called another one on South Post Oak another eight minutes away and went there, and it was a gas station with a little stripped sooner in it very confusing as to where to park and return the truck. I called the young man who was in charge of it, and he taught me through where to park and where to put the keys in the dropbox on the side of the building. So overall, it was OK it was just a bit confusing on the return. Hope this help.
