I was charge for two days why I returned the van in time the store was close and the app was down no communication whatsoever I call the store the number was by the door 4 pm and I left voice mail was no reason to change another day

I dropped the rental off at 9 a.m at 10:45 I get an email stating there's a cleaning fee PLUS a cleaning tax? I thought this would be included with what I paid FOR the rental. And no information as to why Im being charged extra for a cleaning fee
